5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time. Here's how cancellation affects billing:
Monthly Plans
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Service continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days after 14-day period
- Data is retained for 7 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
Annual Plans
- Cancel within 30 days for full refund
- Cancel after 30 days: prorated refund for remaining full months (minus setup fees)
- Cancel after 60 days: account credit only (no cash refund)
- Annual discount may be forfeited upon early cancellation
Important: Cancellation is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future billing, while a refund returns money for services already paid for.

Do you offer refunds for cryptocurrency payments?
Yes, cryptocurrency refunds are processed in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund, converted back to the original cryptocurrency. Processing may take up to 14 days.

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Subsequent purchases or reactivations are not eligible for the full refund guarantee but may qualify for prorated refunds.
